Refunds Are Provided When Required by Law
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if a Digital Product:
- is faulty
- is not as described
- cannot be accessed due to a technical issue on our end that cannot be resolved
Refunds Are NOT Provided For
- change of mind
- accidental or incorrect purchase
- failing to read product descriptions
- not having the software or device to use the product
- not using or completing the program
- requesting refunds after downloading all materials
Courses, Workshops & Memberships
Refunds do not apply once:
- content has been accessed
- live or recorded sessions have been attended
- modules or downloads have been opened
Unless the product is faulty.
