Terms of Sale – Healthy Ageing Institute

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Healthy Ageing Institute online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Services

Healthy Ageing Institute offers digital courses, downloadable resources, membership subscriptions, event tickets, and health and wellness products. All products and services are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

2. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• We accept secure online payments via credit card, PayPal, and other methods as listed at checkout.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
• For digital products, access details will be sent via email upon successful payment.
• For physical goods, shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

3. Refunds and Returns

• Digital Products & Online Courses: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Memberships: Monthly and annual memberships can be cancelled at any time; however, refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.
• Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement.
• Events & Certifications: Refund policies for specific events or courses will be outlined on the respective registration pages. Transfers may be available upon request.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Physical products are shipped from our Australian warehouse. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

5. Account and Access

• Some products and services require you to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• Access to online courses and digital downloads is granted for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or distributed.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, downloads, and materials are the intellectual property of the Healthy Ageing Institute and its partners. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Healthy Ageing Institute is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or purchase of our products or services.
